YOUR APPOINTMENT

For salon appointments we suggest you arrive 5 minutes early to ensure the future reservations are accommodated on the same time frame. Come early to relax and enjoy a beverage. Browse our extensive retail area for the latest in skin and hair care needs or thumb through our style books if you are looking for a new look!

For spa reservations we suggest you arrive 15 minutes early to change in our locker room and secure a private locker, choose an essential oil for your treatment and take a short skin and health analysis. Relax in our spa waiting area while preparing for your service.

As your reservation time is reserved for you, if you are late for your reservation we will try to accommodate you with the time remaining. Please understand your reservation may have to be rescheduled for a later date and/or time.


Reservation

To ensure your preferred stylists or spa therapists, we recommend you reserve your future appointment in advance. If at any time you feel you would be more comfortable with another service provider, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Cancellations / No-Show Policy

We understand situations where canceling a reservation may arise. Please be courteous and try to cancel within 24 hours of your reservation. If there are continuous no-shows or cancellations, you will be asked to reserve your appointment with a credit card. In extreme cases your card will be charged the full service fee.  When scheduling two or more spa services a 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect.  If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within this time frame, 50% of the services scheduled will be applied in the form of payment provided by guest. 

Product Exchange Policy

Please feel free to experience our products for two weeks.  If you should choose not to keep your products, please bring them back within 14 days of the original purchase for an in store product exchange or product credit. 

Payment Methods

Payment is required at the time of your service. We are pleased to honor Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cash and Anani gift cards* are also accepted. Personal Checks are no longer accepted.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included on any services, but are appreciated. You may provide a tip at the time of payment with the front desk coordinators.

Refreshments

We serve complimentary water, herbal teas, coffee, wine and beer.

Other Information

We welcome children for services, but please ensure they will be supervised. Anani Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
